Shipping & Delivery

We use Royal Mail to ship all of our orders. Pricing is worked out by the exact weight of your order. Once you have added all your products to your cart you can get a shipping cost estimate, once you've entered your full address you will be given the final cost (this is the same as the estimate nearly all the time). We offer the following Royal Mail service, you can select which you want when you get to the check out.

  • Recorded 1st Class Packet:Your order will be sent via Recorded first class post and should be with you in 1-2 days after it's shipped, this will requires a signature on delivery
  • Special Delivery Next Day:Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Next Day Delivery is guaranteed. A signature will be required on delivery

Order Placed Before 1pm Will be Shipped the Same Day, order after this will be dispatched the next working day.

Returns & Replacements

If you with to return any product please simply send us an e-mail or give us a call for the return address, if you are returning a faulty camera, or returning under the distance selling regulations, we will cover your postage costs. Unfortunately if you are returning under the 30 Day satisfaction policy we are unable to cover your return postage costs.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee: Should you wish to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Any items is their original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition we will exchanged for a full refund. If the your are returning the product due to our mistake or a fault then we will refund your initial and return postage as well.

Warrenty:If your product develops a fault within 2 Years from the date of purchase due to any manufacturing fault then we will refund, repair or replace the item. We will always attempt to repair or replace an item before a full refund is issued
